Commercial Small Works
Due to increasing demand we have expanded our small works department to offer a full maintenance and refurbishment service for our commercial clients. We are a reputable local contractor, with a proven track record, offering years of experience and a personal service. This could be simply a replacement door, repairs, decorations, external areas, pavings and such like. We employ our own directly employed workforce to carry out the large majority of these works and offer fully managed sub-contractors for works such as electrical, plumbing. For small repairs and on-going minor maintenance we can offer a call-out service and works will be charged by the hour, with no call-out fee. For larger works we can offer costings and timescales for these works.
