Commercial
We have worked for major house builders where we have undertaken
specific projects involving extensive project management with
internal management through to day to day liaising with the
householders. Work undertaken included: major structural repairs;
underpinning and refurbishments of houses/flats which were client
occupied.
8 commercial units in Alton, Hampshire
Commenced the construction of 8 new commercial units totalling
approximately 15,000 square feet. Produced all the working
drawings, landscape details and planning conditions. The work
was won on competitive tender which led to negotiation and
final design between ourselves and the client.
