Complete Refurbishments
4 bedroom bungalow, Bordon, Hampshire
This project was secured through competitive tender with the
client's architects. The works included the adaptation of a
single storey building for a disabled client and her family.
Extensions were formed after minor demolition. An existing swimming
pool was extensively refurbished to provide modern facilities
for hydrotherapy. The existing house was re-wired, replacement
heating, re-plastered, new joinery, kitchen, bathrooms etc.
The grounds were completely landscaped and the property was
handed over ready for the client to move in. We have extensive
knowledge of disability standards and specialised equipment.
Sheltered accommodation near Slough, Berkshire
Two properties which housed senior citizens owned by Beacon
Housing Association. The project at Tower House was won on competitive
tender with the clients architect's and quantity surveyors.
The works to Mead House were negotiated on the basis of the
works carried out at Tower House. We undertook works to both
communal areas and individual flats. The works included refurbishments,
re-plumbing, re-wiring and full decoration and finished ready
for the clients to live in. The project was demanding from a
logistics perspective as much of the home was occupied during
the works.
