Extensions
We have extensive knowledge and experience of the construction
of household extensions. We are able to provide advice to a
householder to ensure their individual requirements are met.
We can be involved in securing planning permission and building
regulation approval for a client.
First floor extension in Basingstoke, Hampshire
We constructed a first floor extension above existing accommodation
and completed major internal re-modelling. We organised the
working drawings, liaised with the client on the specification
on sanitaryware, doors, architraves etc. Completely re-modelled
the entire first floor. Internal upgrades including new doors,
skirting boards, architraves. The house was re-plumbed and had
wiring to suit the new layout. We undertook the re-decoration
and supplied and fitted new bathrooms with vanity units and
underfloor heating.
Large single and two storey extension in The Lower Bourne,
Farnham, Surrey
We undertook this large extension to treble the size of the
existing cottage, creating an impressive 4 bedroom house. We
completed the re-wiring, re-roofing and installed new heating
and plumbing. All materials were carefully selected to blend
into the conservation area.
800 square foot extension in Earley, Berkshire
Designed in-house, we secured planning and building regulation
approval and constructed the new extension along with refurbishment
and re-decoration to the existing property.
600 square foot extension in Fleet, Hampshire
Designed by a local surveyor, we constructed this traditional
single storey extension complete with underfloor heating and
upgraded heating system. Sanitary ware supplied from our ranges.
900 square foot extension in Farnham, Surrey
Designed by a local architect we constructed a traditional 2
storey extension, carried out structural alterations and internal
refurbishment. Sanitary ware and tiles were supplied from our
standard ranges.
2 storey side extension and single storey rear extension
in Finchampstead, Berkshire
We re-modeled the ground and first floor of the house. Completed
a partial re-wire and new heating system. New decorations to
part of the property.
