If you have appointed your own architect, we can liaise directly with them. We have a customer-orientated approach, together with our reliable, skilled tradesmen. We can complete all necessary drawing work and have a good relationship with local NHBC inspectors.

5 apartments in Farnham, Surrey
We demolished an existing bungalow and constructed 5 high quality apartments in a prime south Farnham location for a local developer, using high quality materials.
4 apartments in Fleet, Hampshire
We constructed 4 apartments (2 x 2 bedroom, 2 x 1 bedroom)
apartments in Fleet. We undertook the construction of this apartment
block, incorporating the new robust details, utility connections,
supply and fitting of kitchens/bathrooms etc.
10 x 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and 4 Townhouses in Staines,
Middlesex
We undertook the construction of a 3 storey block of apartments
with secure garaging. The site lay within a 1 in 100 year flood
risk area which involved raising the buildings and the formation
of flood relief measures on SSSI common land. Liaison with the
land owners, English Nature and other associated parties to
ensure these works had no detrimental effect on the rare Bermuda
Grass. We co-ordinated with architects, engineers and flood
land specialists to complete all construction drawings on behalf
of the Developer to provide a one step solution.
The apartments feature video entry systems, elegant Shaker style
kitchens with fully fitted appliances, Twyford white bathroom
suites with Grohe thermostatic showers. The 3/4 bedroom townhouses
additionally feature a separate utility, Ideal Standard space
baths, 4 panel oak internal doors and numerous other high internal
specifications.
3 bedroom detached house, Farnham, Surrey
Approached directly by the client from a personal recommendation
to construct a 3 bedroom detached house approximately 1200 square
foot in size. Works included full detailed working drawings,
specification detailing, full construction and finishes, (including
carpets) and external landscaping.
2 bedroom single storey residence, Oakhanger, Hampshire
A charming detached single storey residence built to a unique
design close to open farmland. Designed by our in house surveyor,
this property had been designed to create a property of real
character with quality fittings featuring aesthetically pleasing
design and traditional building techniques and craftsmanship.
5 bedroom detached house, near Basingstoke, Hampshire
After demolishing the existing building on this site, we constructed
a delightful 5 bedroom house, which was designed by our surveyor.

We demolished an existing bungalow and built 5 x 3 bedroom houses
for a private client. In addition to carrying out the building
control work, we also undertook all the working drawings. We
have worked closely with the client and assisted with the sale
of houses.
