We have undertaken works to a detached 4 bedroom timber frame house, rectifying defects on the existing timber frame. We managed the architectural process which included securing planning permission and building regulations. We have completely refurbished the house, installing new wooden floors, upgraded the sound installation, re-wired, re-plumbed including an air source heat pump, upgraded oak doors, new sanitaryware and tiling.
