NHBC 
The National House-Building Council was established over 65 years ago as the regulatory and standards setting body for the UK house-building industry. It is an independent body governed by representatives or organisations interested in improving the standard of house building – including consumer groups, house builders, mortgage lenders and professional bodies.
Their role is to raise the standard of new homes and to provide consumer protection for new homebuyers. They offer a comprehensive 10 year warranty for all our new build properties.
Constructionline
UK Register of pre-qualified construction services.
Government's Approved list of qualified construction services. We have been qualified for contracts in the categories of work and to the corresponding financial limits listed.
Constructionline have conducted in-depth evaluation of our financial accounts and references according to guidelines laid down by the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions.

Better Business Group 
The Better Business Group is an Independent Organisation created to protect the Consumer and promote Businesses that provide their Clients with a high quality service.
All Businesses on their Register are independently assessed by their Accreditus System and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Rating, thus ensuring that Customers should be able to use Accreditus Approved Traders with complete confidence as they can only remain registered by the recommendation of previous Clients.

- Checking the financial history of all members.
- Surveying a substantial number of previous customers in depth regarding their experiences with the Company.
- Binding all members to our Group Charter and Code of Conduct, which gives added protection to you the customer. In the unlikely event that a customer is unhappy with their work, the Charter provides a set procedure for resolving the dispute.
- Uniquely monitoring their performance on a continual basis by means of the Accreditus System. Any company falling below an acceptable level would be subject to immediate expulsion.
